He identified the problem with my spa within minutes, provided several options for repairs, and fixed the problem in under an hour and a half. Mike was and is a straight shooter with estimates. He was honest with the good and the bad. What sold me was that he put in a ton of effort to fix the problem right there on the spot and did not quit until it worked to his satisfaction. What could have been an expensive overhaul became a minor tune up! He even gave me a crash course in spa care and water treatment. Mike was there the following day and and explained my problem. He did not pressure me into anything and explained pros and cons in terms I can understand. Mike turned my 10 year old Jacuzzi into a better then new jacuzzi.
